Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JENOPTIK AG resigns

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JENOPTIK AG, Matthias Wierlacher, has informed JENOPTIK AG that he will resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board and as its Chairman effective December 29, 2025. The Supervisory Board will elect a successor in a timely manner.
