Jenoptik-SPIE Photonics Technician Scholarship
Jenoptik recognizes that the laser, optics and photonics industry is rapidly expanding and there is a need to elevate bright minds to the role of technician in Florida.

Jenoptik is thrilled to partner with SPIE to offer the Jenoptik-SPIE Photonics Technician Scholarship to help support the future of the industry. Four $3000 scholarships will be awarded to students enrolled in associate or certificate laser, optics, or photonics institutional programs in Florida. The scholarships will contribute towards their tuition and fees, textbooks, computer, or computer upgrade, and supplies and equipment needed for their success. Scholarship winners will also be awarded a one-year complimentary SPIE student membership.
To be considered eligible for this scholarship, students must be enrolled or are planning to enroll in a laser, optics, or photonics technician associate or certificate program for the 2024 – 2025 school year at an educational institution in Florida.
The deadline to apply is April 1st, 2024.
