“More Light” – we gave life to our new 2022 strategy under this motto. In the future, we want to concentrate more on our core skills and further develop Jenoptik so it becomes a focused photonics group that creates enthusiasm in its employees.

Employees: The know-how and experience of our employees, their commitment and bond to the company – we consider these to be important values.
Society: Assisting young people through science and training as well as in social projects – that is at the heart of our social commitment. Since its founding, Jenoptik has also been committed to art and culture.

Art and culture
Jenoptik is a member of a culture-sponsoring work group that operates throughout Germany. In connection with our business activities, light, optics and perception are at the center of our promotion of culture.
Jenoptik’s own conception and organization of visual arts projects form the core of art management. Jenoptik’s art collection, which has existed since 1994, comprises 400 works; about two thirds of them set the atmosphere in the offices of our employees.
